Qualifications

Role Summary
The Office Manager oversees the daily administrative and operational activities of RAYCOM Outlets. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, proper office organization, staff supervision, and efficient workflow across the entire business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Coordination
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate communication between departments (Sales, Accounts, HR, Inventory, etc.)
Ensure office systems and processes are properly followed
2. Staff Supervision & Support
Supervise administrative staff and support teams
Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline
Assist management in enforcing workplace policies
3. Documentation & Record Management
Maintain accurate office records, reports, and files
Ensure proper documentation of internal communications and approvals
Organize and secure confidential company information
4. Communication Management
Handle internal and external communications on behalf of management
Respond to emails, inquiries, and official correspondence
Ensure clear communication flow across departments
5. Operational Support
Assist in planning and executing daily business operations
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and internal activities
Support management in implementing business strategies
6. Office Efficiency & Problem Solving
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Ensure office supplies and resources are properly managed
Resolve minor administrative or operational issues quickly
